Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit licensed Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) establishments to provide the BPS with the provision of OT and PT services for students ranging from preschool to age 22 attending public schools, non-public schools, charter schools and any student mandated to receive services under the jurisdiction of the Buffalo Board of Education. These services must be provided in accordance with a students Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan.
