Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic project. The project consists of the renovation of the existing CitiBusTransit offices, located at 1200 E 46th Street, into the City of Davenport's Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic. The project includes the addition of offices, exam rooms, a PT room, a conference room, a new waiting and reception area as well as a couple of toilet rooms and other accessory spaces. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2025, at 9:00AM at 1200 E 46th Street. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
