This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80SSC026Q0008 for Stennis Space Center Occupational Health Medical Director and Employee Assistance Program Coordinator (EAP) Support.

This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 621111 and $16M, respectively. The offeror must state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which must be considered by the agency.

Offerors must provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Deviation) (Nov 2025), which is incorporated by reference. See Attachment 3: Addendum to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this combination synopsis/solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.

Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email no later than the time and date on Attachment 3: Addendum to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2

The Government is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of documents submitted using electronic means, including the missing of any established deadlines.

Failure to submit a complete electronic proposal by the due date and time specified for this RFQ must result in the proposal being considered late and must be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Deviation) Nov 2025.
