Summary
This RFP is issued by OCC to solicit proposals from qualified Independent Contractors for technical assistance to work with OCC’s staff, including its outside federal counsel, before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), PJM, occasionally the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (“PUCO”). The Contractor will also work on matters involving the Consumer Advocates of the PJM States (CAPS) and the PJM stakeholder process. The work is to protect Ohio residential consumers from unjust, unreasonable and unlawful electric rates and policies.
