This Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (hereinafter, “OCA” or “City”). OCA, on behalf of all City Departments, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Proposers”) to provide proposals for boat repair and maintenance services for small and medium vessels for all City and County of San Francisco departments (Proposal).
