This Invitation for Bids (hereinafter “IFB” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (hereinafter, “OCA” or “City”). OCA, on behalf of multiple City departments, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Bidders”) to provide Bids for Parts and Remote Upfitting of Ford Interceptor Utility Vehicles (Bids).

If a vendor observes any bid specification it perceives to be a barrier to competition for comparable alternate models/designs/technologies, please alert the administrator of the bid as soon as possible citing such instances.
