Summary
To conduct observational survey services for NHTSA on behalf of GOHS, to assess: Seat Belt usage, Child Safety Seat usage and Distracted Driving. The supplier will compile, analyze and submit all survey data to both NHTSA and GOHS. A re-selection of observational sites shall also be completed during the re-selection year. |

The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a single contract for the sole use of the State of Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) Traffic Safety Programs to provide the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) observational survey services . |
