Amendment 1 is issued to provide updated deviations in FAR clauses to implement Executive Orders 14148, Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions, which revoked EO 14057, Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs Through Federal Sustainability, and EO 14208, Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws, in accordance with Civilian Agency Acquisition Council (CAAC) Letter 2025-02, Supplement 1.

The National Park Service, Obed Wild and Scenic River, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish delivery of a portable sewage pumping unit.
