Description
The Lee County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed written bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment needed for the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roof at the Oakland Library and Bindery Conference Center (approximately 24,938 sq. ft.), located at 445 Oakland Parkway West, Leesburg, Georgia 31763. A five (5) year warranty is required. Specifications and bid forms are enclosed. Bidders must have a current Lee County Business License.
