The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking bids from qualified, experienced and licensed General Contractors. Work consists of constructing various improvements to two (2) vacant parcels adjacent to the City’s existing Oak Trails Park. Improvements include but are not limited to the renovation of an existing house to a nature center, new pathways, entranceways, parking lot, outdoor exercise equipment and landscaping. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). |
