Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the Oak Street Reconstruction Project. This project is located on Oak Street from Address 2804 to W. 29th Street. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the reconstruction of the existing concrete roadway, installation of subdrains, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, ADA sidewalk ramp installations, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
