Description
TN Development Corp. (TNDC) is requesting offers to remove (“tear off”) and replace vapor barrier, shingles, damaged roof sheathing, and rake board/fascia, as required at all three (3) buildings located at Oak Hill Apartments, (Including screened in patio roof) The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other related items required to complete the project as per the scope of work and specifications. The contract will be awarded to one Contractor
