Oak Bluffs Sailing Camp Mainstay Building Renovations

The Town of Oak Bluffs seeks quotes from qualified contractors to replace lower-level windows and exterior doors as well as siding under the deck on the lower level of the Sailing Camp Mainstay Building in Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. The main front door and several nonfunctioning windows on the main level are also to be replaced.

This project is being bid pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 30, Section 39M, as set forth in MGL, Chapter149, Section 44A(2)(c). Contractors will be required to pay prevailing wage, 50% payment bond for quotes over $50,000 and certify employees have completed OSHA training.
