Oak Avenue Roadway Realignment Phase I/II SOI

The Village of Bartlett (the “Village”) is seeking professional engineering services for the Village’s Oak Avenue Roadway Realignment Project . Interested firms should be Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) prequalified and should have experience in preliminary engineering and design of a similar capacity, IDOT documentation for Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds, and insight into additional funding sources for construction.

Please submit a Statement of Interest (SOI) to Dan Dinges, Director of Public Works ( ddinges@bartlettil.gov ) AND Tyler Isham, Assistant Director of Public Works ( tisham@bartlettil.gov ) no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, June 20, 2025 . The electronic submittal must have the following subject line: SOI - Oak Avenue Roadway Realignment – Phase I/II.

Any questions shall be submitted to Tyler Isham AND Dan Dinges on or before 4:00 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025. A response to all written questions will be provided no later than 3:30 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
