Salem State University

Salem State University (Awarding Authority) is inviting electronic proposals

for project SSU 2026-16 O'Keefe Multipurpose Room Lighting

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (B) and to minimum wage rates

as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

All General Contractors must submit a DCAMM certificate of Eligibility and Updated

Statement.

Walkthrough: Thursday, June 18, 2026, 11:00am at 225 Canal St. Salem,

MA 01970.

General bids due: 12:00am on Thursday June 25, 2026.

General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five

(5%) of the bid amount.
