NYS DEC Tree Nursery Modernization - Term Contract (Readvertise 47657)

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide site planning, engineering, landscape architecture, estimating, bid and construction phase services to secure regulatory approval and bid documents for various projects related to modernization of NYSDEC Tree Nurseries. Firms must possess a strong horticulture/agriculture-based engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in these areas of expertise. Other tasks may also include architecture, site/civil/utility engineering, structural engineering, irrigation, fire protection/fire alarm engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. Some projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities.
