The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide meals for the 1156th EN CO, from 30 May 2025 - 11 June 2025, at Hancock Airfield, Syracuse, NY.
Delivery Location: Hancock Airfield Gate, 6001 E Molloy Rd, Syracuse, NY 13221
Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time.
Meal start time: 0700 for Breakfast and 1700 for Dinner.

This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.
