NY ARMY NATIONAL GUARD CATERING AT FT. INDIANTOWN GAP, PA 11-25JUL202.

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Meals – Pre-Packaged (To-Go Style) CATERING for150 SOLDIERS, from 11 JULY 2025 to 25 JULY 2025. 8X NON-PORK MEALS MUST BE DELIVERED AT EACH MEAL. BREAKFAST MEALS DELIVERED BY 0700 AND DINNER MEALS DELIVERED BY 1700. SEE SOW in Solicitation document AND NYARNG 21 DAY MENU for QUANTITY and MEAL DETAILS.

This requirement is a small business set-aside (NAICS 722310- Food Service Contractors, Size Standard is $47M). Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the Performance Work Statement and the 21-day menu. If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Performance Work Statement have been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.

All quotes are due by Monday, 16 June 2025 at 0800 Eastern Time and must be submitted via email to richard.w.powell44.mil@army.mil.

All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov
