Description:

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road maintenance on State Game Lands (SGL) #154/263 in Wayne Township, Erie County. The scope of the project generally includes culveit pipe installations, resurfacing and related work on approximately 11,135 linear feet of existing access roadway across two game lands.

Bids will be electronically opened and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.

Bidders should visit the project site to view and determine existing site conditions and constraints that must be considered in their proposal such as site access, road conditions, topography, proximity of utilities, existing infrastructure / structures, vegetation, and other conditions and features in the work area.

There will be an optional site inspection tour held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. A location map of the project area is included in the specifications, and this map shows the project location. Attendees will meet at the State Game Land 263 parking lot along Hereford Rd. for the site visit.
