The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road

maintenance on State Game Lands (SGL) 024 in Farmington Township, Clarion County. The

scope of the project generally includes construction, and related work on approximately 2,702

linear feet of new access road across 2 segments, resurfacing and related work on approximately

5,670 linear feet of existing roadway across 3 segments. Bids will be electronically opened and

read in the Division ofContracts and Procurement, 2001 Elmerton Avenue, HaiTisburg, PA 17110-

9797, on Friday, March 27th, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be

accepted.

Bidders should visit the project site to view and determine existing site conditions and constraints

. that must be considered in their proposal such as site access, road conditions, topography,

proximity of utilities, existing infrastructure / structures, vegetation, and other conditions and

features in the work area.

There will be an optional site inspection tour held at 9:00 AM on Monday, March 23, 2026.

project location. Attendees will meet at State Game Land 024 parking area along Route 4006

Pine Hollow Road for the site visit. Coordinates for the meeting location are: 41.40104,
