Description

This is the Advance Notice for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Code 34 "SP RF Eng & Fleet Svcs" task order for engineering and technical services. See Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached.



Est. LOE: 332,640; POP: One (1) Base Year and Four (4) One-Year Options, NTE Five (5) years (Sixty (60) Months).



Est. RFP release: On/around 1 May 2026; Estimated RFP Period: 35 Calendar Days. Est Award: 1 April 2027. Requirement Will Be Solicited as Unrestricted; NAICS Code; 541330; PSC: AC33; Security Level: Facility Clearance - Top Secret SCI, Safeguarding Clearance - Secret.



Term-type Task Order with CPFF and CR Provisions Will be Awarded Based on Best Value-Tradeoff; Evaluation Factors: Technical, Past Performance and Cost/Price;



Follow-on to SeaPort-e Task Order N00178-19-D-8623/N6660422F3011 with Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP); OCI applies; Sec. 508-N/A, Exception.
