The TDCJ is seeking bids to provide agriculture environmental related services to include Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs), Nutrient Utilization Plans (NUPs), submitting Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO), Notices of Intent (NOIs) and renewal applications to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on TDCJ’s behalf, and providing proper construction certifications for all Retention Control Structures (RCS), commonly referred to as lagoons.
