Description: The Contractor shall provide a web-based, evidence-based skills development and clinical reference application to assist nurses and other staff in providing care at OMH facilities statewide. This application should support staff in the enhancement of their clinical competencies as well as help ensure that compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards is met. Once fully deployed, the application will be used by approximately 2,600 nurses at OMH’s 27 psychiatric centers and research institutes, as well as by clinical managers in the Central Office.
