It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ for the retail supply of Nursery Supplies for Trees required by the City of Oakland (City) Public Works Facilities Division. The Division is in current need of a contract with an established plant nursery that can, by growing and/or brokering, supply high-quality plant material that meet or exceed current standards outlined in the American Standard for Nursery Stock (ANSI) Z60.1.
The City intends to award a three-year contract to a qualified bidder whose response conforms to the RFQ and meets the City’s requirements.
The estimated total dollar amount for any one year will not exceed $50,000.00 annually. The City makes no guarantee as to the dollar value or orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of multiple contract agreements.
