Nursery Supplies for the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Cooperative Purchasing System

The County of Mercer requests bids for nursery products for countywide use for a period of two years. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts based upon the low unit cost for each line item. Respondents may bid on one or all line items. Contracts shall be awarded for a period of two years. The awarded contractors shall be located within a 30 to 60-minute commute from Trenton, New Jersey for the convenience of Mercer County agencies and the Co-op Members for walk in service. All nursery stock must be available for inspection and selection by the county and co-op members. Bidders shall provide their unit cost for each line item and a discount for those items that are not referenced on the following proposal pages. There shall be a one (1) year warranty on all nursery products. The Contractor shall replace any nursery product that is dead, unsightly or unhealthy at no additional cost within 48 hours from notification by the County.
