Nurse Triage Telephone Line

The Phoenix Area Office, Indian Health Service, Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) is in need of a contractor to provide a toll-free, telephone-based Nurse Triage System for eligible Native Americans and Alaska Native beneficiaries. This service is required to be provided Monday through Sunday on a 24-hour, seven (7) days per week basis to include all federally recognized holidays. The specifications are laid out in Attachment D - Performance Work Statement. Questions will not be taken beyond 10/18/2024. This is a re-solicitation. In an effort to ppovide clarity, the previous questions and answers have been provided. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to review the previously submitted questions and responses by the government before submitted further inquiry. This is a small business set aside. All interested and eligible parties are invited to submit an offer IAW the instructions included in Attachment H - Provisions and Clauses.
