NOTICE OF INTENT to AWARD SOLE SOURCE to Sequoyah Staffing Agency, LLC for Nurse Practitioner Services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility for the Medical Staff Department.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, Medical Staff Department intends to award a labor-hour price sole source contract IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), for Nurse Practitioner Services that limit the availability to a sole source. Sequoyah Staffing Agency is the sole vendor for the requirement to conduct daily business and in support for patient care and health care support for our remote location.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320 – Temporary Help Services. The objective of this sole source award to Sequoyah Staffing Agency is for the Nurse Practitioner Services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility for the Medical Staff Department.

This notice of intent does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
