Nuisance Mosquito Reduction & Surveillance Program   The Contractor must coordinate and execute the mosquito reduction program for the TNRD. The annual duration and extent of the program is dictated by environmental factors such as temperature and rainfall. In addition to routine monitoring and treatment, the Contractor must recognize and respond to critical conditions that necessitate immediate action such as those after periods of excessive flooding followed by warm weather.
