3. What is the process for potential price adjustments during the 1 year & 4 year option contract period?
The contract will be a firm fixed price. Pricing should include yearly anticipated increases. If
any price increase out of the ordinary Deviate from the contract will have to be approved by
the Contracting Officer and customer. The Government is not under any obligation to increase
prices in a firm fixed contract.

I understand orders will be placed on an as needed basis for delivery two days a week. Can
you provide any historical data on order volumes and patterns to help with order/delivery
planning, any information specific to the current BPA?
Bonham VA Delivery Schedule: Tuesday and Friday Delivery time: No later than 9 AM regardless the holidays. Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E. 9th St. NFS, Main Kitchen area Bonham, TX 75418 (Dock is on the West end of building 2)

Delivery Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Delivery Location: Department of Veteran Affairs 4500 S. Lancaster Dallas, TX 75216

No, both must use the same.

9. Item 0001 says Milk Low Fat 2%. Is that a gallon? Item 0006 Milk Slim ½ Pint, is that Milk
Low-fat 1% ½ Pint? Also, it says 106,800 quantities, how many per delivery?

10. Is Item 0001, 0005, 1001, 2001, 2005, 3001, 3005, 4001, and 4005 a gallon or half-pint?
All are ½ pint.

11. Is whole milk in either ½ pint or gallon as it is not listed on the quote pages?
Whole milk is ½ pints. Ordered on needed basis.
