NTV Rental

The United States Marine Corps intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) rentals in support of Exercise Freezing Winds. The requirement is for host-nation compliant vehicles in Vaernes Garrison, Norway and Dragsvik Garrison, Finland during the following periods of performance:

Additional Requirements:

  All vehicles must have valid Norwegian or Finnish license plates and comply with host-nation laws and regulations.

  Contractor shall provide full insurance coverage (liability, collision, theft, comprehensive) in accordance with host-nation laws.

  
  


• 
  

  Vehicles shall include roadside assistance, snow tires/chains, and local maintenance support.

  
  


• 
  

  Unlimited mileage is required.

  
  


• 
  

  Vehicles must be delivered with full fuel tanks and replaced within 24 hours in the event of breakdown.

Notice to Offerors: This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This is an unrestricted solicitation open to vendors capable of providing services in Norway and Finland.
