2026 NTUA Meter Reader Truck Bid
Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified vendors to provide fleet
vehicles and equipment to include the following:
* (2) Each 2026 GMC, Dodge, Ford 1500, 4x4, Regular Cab, Short Bed pickup trucks
Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Agent by email at
andreah@ntua.com or at the NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort
Defiance, Arizona.
The bid response shall be submitted in a PDF attachment clearly marked "DO NOT OPEN - 2026
NTUA Meter Reader Trucks" and received by August 13, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m. (MST).

Preference will be applied in accordance with the Navajo Business and Procurement Act (12
N.N.C. 1501 et seq.); the Navajo Nation Procurement Act (12 N.N.C. 301 et seq.); the Navajo
Nation Business Opportunity Act (5 N.N.C. 201 et seq.) and other applicable statutory and
regulatory requirements. Proposers must submit evidence of their Preference Priority Certification
if applicable.
