NTC 06-01 Light Sets

1ABCT, 1AD requires additional resources to support their training and qualification at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California for the 26-01 Rotation.

General Information: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The purpose of this project is to provide the rental/lease of Fifty-Six (56) Light Sets. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is from 12 September 2025 to 04 November 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490 (Size Standard $40 Million). Be sure to have the above NAICS code 532490 listed among the applicable NAICS codes associated with your business on your SAM.gov profile.

Required Submittals:

-Official Quote (Must match SF 1449)

-SF 1449 filled out with accurate pricing

-Pamphlet/brochure/document with product being provided and salient characteristics listed

The Contractor shall submit all questions and concerns in writing via email. Questions shall be emailed to cody.w.whitlock.mil@army.mil and shawn.t.munro.mil@army.mil no later than 22 August 2025 at 12:00 pm MDT. The body of the email shall be numbered per question and contain questions in a clear and concise manner with specific reference to the page number and section of the solicitation, if applicable. All questions will be consolidated and answered on one document. Questions and answers will be available in the form of an amendment to the solicitation.
