319521	RFQ	NTB Project 1000693 - 12th & 10th St Bridges Mitigation Sites Planting Re-Bid	01-Nov-2024	05-DEC-2024 14:00:00	Scope of Work: The City of Oakland is re-soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to complete work that includes repair of irrigation and upgrades to the same to serve new planting areas; installation of all new native plants, weed out of invasive herbaceous plants as identified by the City, prune trees and shrubs as identified by the City, install circular fencing to prevent bird browse of wetland plants, provide three-year warranty and establishment of all new plantings, install landscape boulders and other work specifically shown in the project contract documents The project site is within federal and state environmental regulatory agency jurisdictions. Work conditions within the mitigation tidal marshland and upland areas will require additional care. All work within the tidal marshland area to be managed for the least disturbance possible of soils and protection of plants to remain. Use of motorized equipment will have to be preapproved by the City prior to use. The majority of the work in the marshland will be by hand and hand-held tools.
