The City of Oakland seeks bids for as-needed paving services. Typical paving projects at various locations of City of Oakland consist of pavement rehabilitation, pavement reconstruction, base repair, slurry seal, and crack sealing; installation, removal and/or replacement of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps; removal and installation of traffic striping and other pavement markings; installation, removal and/or replacement of speed bumps and flexible delineators / channelizers; and other associated work. Upon establishment of the contract, work orders will be issued including specific project related scope and time of completion.
