NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate sealed bids will be received by the Township Committee of the Township of Wall, Monmouth County, New Jersey for the lease of real property owned by the Township of Wall and located on Allaire Road and designated as the westerly portion of Block 804 Lot 8.03 on the Township Tax Map (consisting of 18.85 acres for the sole purpose of growing, harvesting and storing mixed grass or hay only, as more particularly described in the Bid Specifications and Bid Proposal Forms which are on file in the Township Clerk's Office located in the Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall Township, New Jersey and may be inspected and obtained during the Clerk's normal office hours.
