25-3943 NSTEP Round 16 and NIB Phase 4

The City of Greenville is requesting bids for its NSTEP Round 16 and Phase 4 Neighborhood Infrastructure Bond.  The scope of services for this project involves construction of approximately 3,800 linear feet of five-foot-wide sidewalk with curb lawn, curb and gutter, storm drainage improvements, and other minor roadway improvements along Clark Street and Webster Road.

1) CLARK STREET – NSTEP ROUND 16

Curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb lawn, and storm drainage improvements will be placed on the south side of Clark Street from Rebecca Street to Webster Road.  All electrical and communication utilities from Hilton Street to 119 Clark Street will be undergrounded.  Total length of this section of the project is approximately 1050 linear feet.

2) WEBSTER ROAD – NIB PHASE 4

Curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb lawn, and storm drainage improvements will be constructed along the east side of Webster Road from Zora Drive to Laurens Road. Total length of this section of the project is approximately 2750 linear feet.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, April 24, 2025.  The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., April 10, 2025.
