Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award an annual Firm Fixed-Priced, Sole Source, Purchase Order to Messer, LLC for Delivery of Liquid Bulk Nitrogen (CGA G-10.1 QVL M) and an annual Lease of (1) Customized Cryogenic VS-1500 Vertical Storage Tank with Maintenance Service for a Base Year plus (4) Years and (6) Month Option periods. The required period of performance for a Base Year and (4) Years and (6) Month Options is from 01 April 2025 to 30 September 2030.

This purchase was procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The acquisition was awarded on 28 March 2025.
