  • Formula at Article 15 (page 8 of 20).

  • Period of performance (page 14 of 20)

  • PPI form has been removed from Instructions to Offerors and included as an exhibit instead.

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central requires the supply and transmission of electricity and ancillary services to NSF Deveselu. The estimated amount of energy to be supplied is 26,250 megawatt hours (MWh) over the 24 month term of the agreement, for an annual estimated consumption of 13,125 MWh.

  • Pre-proposal Inquiries due: 4 November 2025

  • Pre-proposal Inquiry Responses to Industry: 7 November 2025

  • Technical proposal due date: 19 November 2025

  • Technically Acceptable Offeror Price Proposals due: 1 December 2025

  • Contract Award: 5 December 2025

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command solicită furnizarea și transportul de energie electrică și servicii auxiliare către NSF Deveselu. Cantitatea estimată de energie care urmează să fie furnizată este de 26.250 megawați-oră (MWh) pe durata de 24 de luni a contractului, pentru un consum anual estimat de 13.125 MWh.
