Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA).
The Non-Disclosure Acknowledgement should be received by kyoung@midaut.org no later than February 17, 2026 at 5:00 pm (MST).
Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be emailed to and received by Kara Young at kyoung@midaut.org on or before February 26, 2026 at 5:00 pm (MST).
Submission: All proposals must be submitted electronically via the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) on or before March 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm (MST). An Offeror must submit two (2) separate fi les as part of its proposal: a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting: February 19, 2026 at 10:00 am (MST).
