NS26-71 Military Installation Development Authority - Camp Williams Excavation & Finish Grading Service

Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA).
Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)- Bonfire Platform on or before January 15, 2026 at 5:00 pm (MST).
Submission: All proposals must be submitted electronically via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) -Bonfire platform on or before January 20, 2026 at 5:00 pm (MST). Proposers must submit two separate electronic files for each proposal: one technical proposal file and one cost proposal file.
Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference: MIDA will hold a mandatory pre-proposal meeting via Zoom on January 14, 2026 at 12:00 pm (MST). To attend this meeting, register prior to the meeting using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WNdW6uaCgZQrCwCxH32CUNQ#/registration.
A link to join the meeting will be sent after registration. Proposals from Proposers who did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be evaluated.
