NS26-37 Kaysville City Parks & Recreation - Cremation and Memorial Garden

Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Kaysville City.
Questions: Any bidder who wishes to request clarifications, or protest the requirements, standards, specifications, or processes outlined in this Request for Bid may submit a written notification to the Parks and Recreation Director, to be received no later than October 2, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Written requests are to be directed to: cstephens@kaysville.gov and danc@edalandplanning.com.
Submission: Proposals must be submitted in writing, emailed bids will be accepted. No oral, telephone, facsimile, or late submissions will be accepted. All submissions must be received at the Kaysville City Parks and Recreation Building, located at 85 North 100 East or email, by October 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
Optional Pre-bid Conference: Additionally, Kaysville City invites you to attend a pre-bid meeting on September 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Kaysville City Cemetery office, 425 East Crestwood Road, Kaysville UT 84037. This is not mandatory.
