Submission: SEALED BIDS will be received by Heber City (herein called the “OWNER”) at 75 North Main, Heber, Utah until 2:00 p.m. MDT, Thursday, April 9th, 2026.
Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of Heber City, 75 North Main, Heber, Utah 84032, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
