Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Eric Neil, P.E. - Bowen Collins & Associates - 154 E. 14075 South - Draper Utah 84020.
Questions: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Procurement Bidding Documents are to be submitted online on the U3P-Bonfire platform until March 24, 2026, 5:00 PM.
Submission: *Bids will be received online through the Utah Public Procurement Place at https://utah.bonfirehub.com until Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 4:00 pm local time.
Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
