Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Elsinore Town / Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah 84701.

Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Elsinore Town Hall located at 35 W Main St, Elsinore, UT 84724, until Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time at Elsinore Town Hall, 35 W Main St, Elsinore UT, 84724.
