Sealed Bids for the construction of the Roadway Reclamation of West TVA Road will be received by the Clay County Board of Supervisors, Clay County, Mississippi, at the offices of Clay County Court House located at 365 Court Street, ( PO Box 815) West Point, MS 39773 until November 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing Roadway Reclamation of West TVA Road.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Neel-Schaffer, Inc.; 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate; P.O. Drawer 1078; West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Bid documents are being made available electronically and via original paper copy (if requested). Plan holders are required to register for an account at www.neel-schafferplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Electronic bids shall be submitted through www.neel-schafferplans.com . Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.
