1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose
The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which
to contract for the following services:
Provide Equipment and Labor to remove existing 2000-gallon AST.
Install new 2000-gallon UL 2085 Fireguard DW AST; install 3" fill piping for remote
fill; install product piping; install Wayne dispenser supplied by customer and
connect to existing fuel controller; install bollards around tank and
dispenser: Haul and dispose of all debris.
A detailed scope of services is provided in Section 4 of this document.
All information related to this solicitation, including any addenda, will be posted to the
North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) at https://evp.nc.gov/.

1.2 Background

This Construction ITB is being posted to replace an old off road diesel AST with a new
double walled unleaded gas (E-10) above ground storage tank.
