Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: 2 year contract to provide: 20,000 PL 50 shrub seedlings of different species, according to Attachment B: Scope of Work.
Mandatory Site Visit: NO
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the project.
