375913 NRFP Fire Apparatus Supplier

This Request for Proposals  is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Fire Apparatus Supplier as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars.
It is anticipated that the initial purchase from the resulting agreement will be for one Tactical Water Tender and a Fire Engine Apparatus (Apparatus) with an additional Apparatus to be replaced over the next five years.  Additional anticipated subsequent purchases:One Tactical Water Tender, for a total of two over five years,        Two Bush Trucks,        One addition Fire Engine, also referred to a “Rescue Pumper”, for a total of two over the five years, and;        One Heavy Rescue.This may include, but not be limited to, chassis’, engines, components, outfitting equipment, warranties and service requirements to deliver and support the Apparatus, from design to disposal.
