PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME:
Tuesday, June 23, 2026 @ 8 a.m. (CST). Proposals will be placed in a public folder after 8 a.m. on June 23, 2026.
These can be accessed at www.nixapublicschools.net/bidsandnotices . Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered to
the person listed on the Issuing Agency Mailing Address. All submissions must be received by the due date and
time specified. All proposals must be sealed. No email submissions will be allowed. Proposals must include a
flash drive with a PDF of the full proposal.
