Proposals must be received via mail by April 16, 2026, 4:30 PM CT at 100 N. Union Street Ste 192 Montgomery, AL 36104 All proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the Division of Procurement in a sealed envelope or box by the end date listed above. The envelope must include the solicitation number and title. The envelope must include one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on a USB drive. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to ensure submissions are received by the specified deadline
